Cancellation and refund policy 

• For cancellations notified before 1st January 2026, the entire amount paid will be refunded less any banking costs.
• For cancellations notified after 1st January 2026 but before 1st March 2026 midnight, 50% of the amount paid will be refunded less any banking costs.
• No reimbursements will be possible for cancellations notified after 1st March
